Larry Alves
President
A lifelong soccer enthusiast, Larry began his journey with Attleboro Youth Soccer before competing at the club level with LASA Juniors and Mass Premier. He later coached Attleboro High School’s JV team and played, managed, and coached for East Providence FC, blending leadership and passion both on and off the field.
Chris Pearson
Vice President
Chris plays a vital role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of Attleboro Lions FC, bringing both vision and precision to the organization’s leadership team. A dedicated figure in the sports community across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Chris is actively involved in youth development and holds a license through US Soccer. His commitment to the game goes far beyond the numbers, he’s a passionate advocate for player growth and a steady force in strengthening soccer at every level. On and off the field, Chris combines sharp leadership with a deep love for the sport, helping ensure that Attleboro Lions FC continues to thrive.


Peter Pereira
Club Advisor
Peter brings decades of experience, leadership, and dedication to Attleboro Lions FC as our trusted Club Advisor. Since 1983, he has served as the Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Attleboro High School, shaping generations of athletes both on and off the field. As the founder of the Attleboro Travel Program (BAYS), Peter played a pivotal role in expanding youth soccer opportunities in the region and served as a BAYS Board Director until 2007. He is an active member of United Soccer Coaches and the Eastern Mass Soccer Coaches Association, reflecting his commitment to the sport at every level. In addition to coaching, Peter is the Director of Camp All-Stars and a dedicated teacher at Attleboro High School, where his passion for education and player development continues to inspire. His legacy in the community is built on mentorship, excellence, and a lifelong love for the game.

Phil Silva
Director of Coaching
With an extraordinary track record of success, Coach Phil stands as a pillar of excellence in New England soccer. As the head coach of Bishop Feehan’s girls’ soccer team, he led his team to an astounding 15 consecutive league titles, culminating in a state championship and earning him the prestigious Boston Globe Coach of the Year honor. His impact extends beyond the high school level—he previously guided the Nova RI Rays club team to three state titles and served as head coach for Rhode Island’s Olympic Development Program. Holding a Class C coaching license, his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to player development have made him one of the region’s most respected figures in the sport.

Matt Rodrigues
Development Academy Director
Coach Matt brings a championship pedigree and deep local roots to the Attleboro soccer community. A standout player for Bayside FC, he earned an impressive seven Rhode Island State titles and Regional Cup Championships. At Attleboro High School, Matt served as team captain, earned MVP honors, and was recognized as both an All-State and Eastern All-Star athlete. His coaching journey began as the Boys Varsity Assistant Coach at AHS, and he now leads the Girls JV team with the same passion and commitment that defined his playing career.
Tyler Treichler
Asst. Director of Development Academy
Coach Tyler is a proud Attleboro soccer alum who continued his athletic journey at Framingham State University, where he helped lead his team to a 2019 MASCAC League Championship. With a deep passion for mentorship and development, Tyler now serves as the Assistant Varsity Coach at Attleboro High School, bringing both experience and energy to the sidelines. Off the field, he’s a dedicated Camp Manitou counselor, known for fostering teamwork, leadership, and fun in every setting.
